Pendant: This piece is from the Art Nouveau time. The pendant is very organic, it is balanced, and there is rhythm. There is lots of curvature that brings your eyes around the whole piece and flows down to the dangly chain and pearls.

The mood of this art nouveau piece was close to sculpture or painting; this piece is fancy but still remains classical. Scandinavian art nouveau was quite distinctive; this piece is by Georg Jensen in 1905. It shows embossed fruit, which remained both popular and original for the next 5 decades.
